I’m an operations fanatic whose had the privilege to lead small and large teams for the last 30+ years. I’ve worked in large corporate environments as well as two separate start-up organizations. My passion is driving results by developing and executing strategic initiatives that yield favorable outcomes.
Here at AccuQuote I take pride in leading the team that services our customers to obtain the insurance for which they applied. My team helps the customer understand all the insurance companies’ requirements so they can activate coverage as soon as possible. Customer centricity is at the forefront as the customer has a voice at every interaction I have with my team!
I’m also blessed to be leading the implementation of AccuQuote’s B2B2C Sales Solutions activities. This requires excellent negotiating and problem-solving skills. In addition, I have a keen eye to detail ensuring that nothing is missed and both organizations are positioned for success.
While most people would consider risk mitigation as boring and unsightly, it’s brought great joy in my time here. I take pleasure in educating and collaborating with our AccuQuote community as we work together to raise transparency, understand our risk landscape, and implement mitigants. Not only does it put a smile on my face, but it has also proven to elevate our operational governance maturity.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, three children, and dog Bentley! Sitting on the boat, going 30 mph on the lake with the sun shining is how I prefer to spend my mild temperature weekends. While a book is nice, my guilty pleasure is binge watching movies!
