Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Jonathan Siil

My role here requires me to be flexible and quick on my feet. There are multiple divisions of the sales department and several marketing initiatives that I support.

Part of my day-to-day is spent managing our sales staff and working directly with our team of sales managers and trainers to make sure we’re providing best in class service. The other part is spent providing analytics for marketing decisions and managing business relationships with both lead partners and carriers. Luckily, I work with a group of tremendously talented people that understand AccuQuote’s values and vision for the future. I can’t imagine working with a better group of people.

I also work cross-functionally with IT to support all sales and marketing related needs like creation of new sales technology and tools, expanded reporting, onboarding and assessing new partners, and vetting new carriers and products to add to our already vast selection of A or better-rated carriers.

In my time here, I’ve had the great fortune of learning from top-tier industry leaders that surround me daily. I became an AccuQuote family member right out of college, starting as a sales agent, and have worked hard to learn and grow. I’ve held numerous managerial roles and managed each of our sales teams individually, which gives me a unique perspective of our sales floor.

When I’m not at work I’m pretty busy having fun with my friends, family and loved ones. I spend a lot of time with my family (including my hilarious niece and nephew), I love trying new restaurants with my girlfriend – we’re foodies, golfing and hanging with many of my college baseball teammates.
