Position Summary:

We are currently looking for experienced life insurance agents to join our FAST-GROWING company and work remotely. You will earn great money without having to spend a dime on leads, continued education, case management, etc. More importantly, you will help us protect families. This is a call center environment, so strong customer service, communication and sales skills are essential. Must possess solid computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple computer systems during a call. Ideal candidates will be coachable, self-driven and money motivated. This is a fast-paced environment!

Responsibilities:

  • Sell from a variety of outbound lead sources.
  • Maintain a high conversion ratio of leads to policies sold.
  • Maintain high compliance and quality scores.
  • Ability to maintain a positive mental attitude in the face of adversity.
  • Ability to receive and implement coaching and feedback from managers.
  • Willingness to attend regular, on-camera sales meetings.
  • Overcoming customer objections.
  • Ability to bounce back after rejection.
  • Quote and explain features, merits, and pricing options of policies offered, recommending amount and type of coverage based on analysis of prospect’s circumstances.
  • Accurately quote and complete life insurance applications.
  • Complete Policy Review calls with in force customers.
  • Contact customers to explain and resell products approved at higher prices than quoted.
  • Enter basic data into the company database on cases quoted and sold.
  • Respond to customer inquiries at any stage from quoting through policy issue.
  • Responsible for schedule adherence to assigned shift.

Qualifications:

  • Individuals should be well-versed in the use of computers and the internet.
  • Has a strong results-oriented mentality.
  • Passionate about helping customers and protecting families.
  • Ability to sell to a diverse range of customers.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common life insurance documents, life insurance policies, applications, forms, and general information.
  • Ability to clearly and effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, and peers, in English, over the telephone and in writing.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram, or schedule form.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

Must have an active life and health insurance license.

Experience:

  • Two to three years related sales experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
