My career with AccuQuote began in 2000 as a part-time General Office Clerk. As a new AccuQuote team member, I quickly learned that hard work and resourcefulness were valued, so I rolled up my sleeves and got things done. Where there was room for improvement, I improved upon it. Where there was room to streamline processes while saving money and time, I created then implemented a new plan.
As the year’s passed, I went on to gain experience by holding several positions of increasing responsibility in all areas of the administrative team. With a passion for customer service and process improvement, I was soon recognized for my leadership skills and ability to manage multiple business units simultaneously and quickly transitioned to a senior leadership role.
Today, I’m responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of all administrative departments, including Client Relationship Specialists, Policy Holder Services, New Business, and General Office. I’ve developed numerous administrative process improvements, created new career paths for my team and established departmental performance indicators that measure the success of our strategic operational goals.
And after nearly 20 years, I still roll-up my sleeves and support my team when needed to make sure that all administrative departments are on task and running smoothly. Because that’s what leaders do.
When I’m not crushing goals and helping AccuQuote run smoothly, I spend time with my family. I have two daughters and an incredible wife. Together, we enjoy long bike rides, family vacations, movies in the park, and the beach.
