Julie Campbell
As the Head of Project Management, I am dedicated to fostering a collaborative working environment where teams thrive, and projects succeed. I bring over 10 years of experience in the insurance industry to this role starting on the carrier side in group insurance and moving to individual life where I trained within the policy holder call center. This experience has given me a customer centric focus on all project and initiatives. I am passionate about teamwork and innovation and lead with a people first approach, empowering teams to communicate openly, solve challenges proactively, and drive for continuous improvement. By implementing strong project management methodologies, they optimize workflows, manage risks, and enhance overall operational efficiency. Within my role, I also lead the implementation of AccuQuote’s B2B2C activities. This requires strong relationship building, leadership, and problem-solving skills. I pay close attention to detail that captures every facet of the program to ensure that both organizations are positioned for success. Committed to delivering value, I have successfully overseen over 20 projects since I joined AccuQuote in 2022. My leadership ensures projects are delivered on time and cultivates a culture of collaboration that drives long-term business success that aligns with our strategic goals. In addition to my project management role, I also manage our Quality Control and Compliance department, this requires a strong focus on regulatory compliance and continuous improvement across the organization. I lead cross-functional teams to meet and exceed industry standards.
Outside of AccuQuote I love to spend time with my husband, and our two daughters. We love to go hiking and explore the world around us. I am always busy and on the go running my girls to their various activities like swim, dance, and Girl Scouts, but I always find time to relax with a book or binge watch my favorite show. My new favorite thing to do is Aerial Silks! I love flying around in the air and flipping around like a kid again.
