I am the Senior Manager of Operations at AccuQuote, where I lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Case Management team. With a strong emphasis on efficiency, process optimization, and delivering an exceptional customer experience, I work to ensure seamless collaboration and performance across multiple departments.
Since beginning my journey with AccuQuote in 2000 as a part-time General Office Clerk, I’ve built a rewarding and progressive career within the Administrative Department. My dedication to service excellence, operational effectiveness, and continuous improvement has been key to my evolution into a leadership role.
In my current position, I’ve successfully implemented strategic process improvements, established departmental SLAs and KPIs, and developed career progression frameworks to support both individual growth and organizational success. I also collaborate closely with our Sales team and Insurance Carrier partners to provide a streamlined and high-quality experience for our clients.
Outside of work, family is my greatest priority and source of inspiration. I enjoy spending meaningful time with my wife, Magdalena, and our three amazing children. Whether it’s cheering them on at gymnastics, swimming, or supporting their academic pursuits, I cherish every opportunity to be actively involved in their lives. Their energy and growth fuel my passion both personally and professionally.
