As a licensed Life & Health Producer with eight years of wearing various hats in the life insurance industry, I approach this strategic Human Resources role from a strong business partnership perspective. Leading my team as the Vice President, HR & Licensing, we find the right talent for the right positions, get them licensed and appointed, and train and develop them to be successful. With a ton of energy and passion, we strive to maintain an ethical, positive and caring culture where employees feel like family.
I studied Psychology and Business Management at Indiana University, studied abroad in Tel Aviv, Israel and later earned my MBA with a concentration in Human Resource Management at Roosevelt University. I strongly believe in the concept of continuous improvement in processes and ourselves. We challenge others to keep growing and have fun while doing it!
I’ve been married 21 years to my best friend from high school. We have two teenage boys who keep us busy with football, wrestling and baseball and a friendly golden retriever who is always by our side. We love the outdoors and exploring new places and cultures.
