Summary/Objective

Manages multiple digital marketing channels. This role creates, develops, and manages digital campaigns to generate leads and inbound phone calls. The Digital Marketing Manager also develops and manages partnerships with affiliates and digital agencies to drive email traffic, 3rd party leads, inbound calls, call transfers and other forms of performance based media. This is a hands-on role.

  • Growth in # of leads and calls available and easily accessed
  • Fast and efficient ramp up of leads, calls, partners and digital agencies.
  • Minimize acquisition costs.
  • Daily # of leads and calls we have the ability to acquire.
  • Cost per application out vs application premium to meet defined business unit goals

Qualifications

Role Based Competencies

  • Solid direct-to-consumer marketing fundamentals.
  • Expert creating, developing, and managing digital campaigns and buying media/traffic to drive leads and phone calls via paid search, paid social, and digital display campaigns.
  • Experience managing affiliates and 3rd party sources of leads, calls, call transfers, and other performance based media.
  • Experience managing outside marketing partners including agencies.
  • Experience owning the marketing process from ad unit through landing page – including copy and graphics.
  • Strong business knowledge and background – understand and is able to articulate how company and lead partners make money; Insurance-specific knowledge is a plus.
  • Analytics minded – driven by financial results.
  • Familiar with technology and web development.
  • Project management skills – well organized and holds team members accountable for timely completion of tasks to ensure we hit product launches on time and under budget.
