Description

As a part of the Sales Department, the Sales Support Representative contacts potential and existing clients by phone and
receive inbound calls from new clients, ask and answer questions based on knowledge,
company policy, and state regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to client list, adhering to a specific script
  • Overcome objections as necessary
  • Discern level of customer care needed and take appropriate action to provide
    optimum customer experience
  • Transfer clients requiring service by licensed agent to Sales Agents
  • Update database to reflect details of each service rendered
  • Communicate with Sales Representatives regarding various client issues as they
    arise
  • Assist with projects requiring direct calling from lists and communicate with Sales
    Administration/Management regarding these projects as necessary

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Effective communication style via telephone
  • Proficient typing skills with high degree of accuracy

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook a plus
