Glenn Hacker has been an agent at AccuQuote for just over a year. His positive presence and super work ethic has been infectious here at our home office in Wheeling, Illinois.
It was a friend of his that got Glenn interested in selling life insurance about a decade ago. “She actually suggested it to me,” he says. “And the rest is history.”
Glenn gets a great deal of satisfaction out of going the extra mile for his customers. “I love being able to provide protection for someone that was sure that they could not obtain coverage,” he says.
He has had many personal stories that illustrates the importance of having life insurance. “One of my first clients passed away about six months after obtaining coverage,” he says. “He was only 45 years old, and was married, with three kids. Because of his life insurance, his family was able to continue to live in their home and maintain their lifestyle. That really instilled the importance of having life insurance. It is absolutely critical.”
Glenn describes why life insurance is so important in his own succinct style: “Life insurance tells someone that you love them,” he says. “I think everyone needs life insurance, in one form or another, because everyone has someone that they love and that they’re trying to protect. Remember, you’re buying the policy to protect you, it’s protect them…those you love.”
Of his fellow agents at AccuQuote: “We just have a ton of knowledge within our walls and we literally have decades upon of experience.” And of himself: “Just about every day, I learn something. I love it here.”
