REQUIREMENTS
Job responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers and sales agents.
- Process applications and schedule follow up activity.
- Proofread/quality check life insurance applications returned by clients to prepare them for underwriting.
- Maintain regular contact with clients to inform them of the status of their life insurance application.
- Develop and maintain mutually beneficial business relationships with life insurance underwriters.
- Obtain and relay necessary information and correspondence between clients, vendors and other service providers.
- Maintain current data in company’s database by updating information.
- Evaluate underwriting offers from life insurance companies and negotiate, if necessary, with underwriters to make sure best off has been made.
- Meet and exceed daily quotas and deadlines.
We Require:
- Two years of customer service experience in a high volume call center environment or someone with loan processing or underwriting experience.
- A friendly and professional phone demeanor
- An attention to detail.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- The ability to meet and/or exceed daily quotas and deadlines.
