Kim Diaz - Vice President of Operations
Kim Diaz is vice president of operations for AccuQuote. She brings more than 20 years of life insurance industry experience and has been instrumental in helping lead overall growth and development of the company.
Diaz's responsibilities include overseeing new business, customer service and training to support the continued growth and profitability of the organization. She analyzes new processes and work output to plan and develop company operations to meet customer demands.
Under Diaz’s leadership the administrative teams went from a couple of individuals in 1997 to a staff of more than 80 support and service personnel. She built an infrastructure of teams and supervisors who not only provide remarkable customer service but who work in an environment of success and career advancement opportunity.
She also oversees recruiting, labor relations, employee benefits and compliance requirements.
Prior to joining AccuQuote, Diaz spent time in underwriting with Zurich Kemper Life Assurance and also worked for an independent life insurance agent.
Diaz holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Illinois State University. She resides in Buffalo Grove, Ill., with her husband Joe and their daughter.
