AccuQuote, an established leader in providing life insurance coverage to people across the country, is looking for a General Office Clerk who will be responsible for supporting various departments with any general office needs. This position is ideal for you if you are a self-starter and want to grow with a company that cares about its’ clients and employees.
Job responsibilities:
- Copy contents of client life insurance files for incoming and outgoing material
- Maintain client files for Application Processor unit
- Receive, process, sort, and distribute mail
- Sort and distribute incoming faxes
- Update in-house database regarding term life insurance policies and applications mailed and received
- Process overnight shipments and perform daily maintenance of tracking software
- Process outbound mail and maintain necessary postage levels in house
- Research and resolve problems as they arise through the use of various resources
- Complete various projects as assigned by supervisor
We Require:
- The ideal candidate must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One-to-three month’s general office experience.
- Good written and verbal communications are required as are solid computer skills.
